Hi everyone. To start with, I would like to say thank you for such a useful software. I was able to do pretty much everything I needed with my camera, except for one problem. Basically, I need a preview picture taken with some constant frequency, and a full picture taken when a external command takes place. This sound easy, but if I use --capture-preview, my camera flips the mirror each time the command is called and most certainly would not last long that way. I know a workaround for this problem using the --shell, but I can't use a script for scheduled capture there. I also thought about using --capture-movie, as It practically does what I want in the first place. But It is coded to write a large mjpg file instead of updating a single jpg file with defined frequency. So as you can see, I'm kind of out of ideas. Can you help me out? -- View this message in context: http://old.nabble.com/Remote-preview-issues%2C-Canon-1000D-tp31016013p31016013.html Sent from the gphoto-user mailing list archive at Nabble.com. |
