When encoding an mpeg containing PCM audio, GK picks up
the number of channels from the file name and enters it
into the delay field in the Encoder - Audio tab. This
appears to be because no 'DELAY Xms' text is added to
the audio file name.

This leads to an encode which is slightly out of sync.
Any sync error is particularly relevant in the case of
PCM source files as people may reasonably have
converted mp2 audio to PCM before making edits to their
mpeg files just in order to ensure that sync remains
spot on.
