Config:
GK 0.35.0v2
Windows XP SP2
XviD 1.1.0 and 1.2
CPUs: Athlon XP 3200 and Core Duo T2600

Problem:
Bitrate calculation always sticks to the same, wrong,
value of roughly 220MB. Error is 100% repeatable using
XviD 1.2, and occurs (yet) accidentially with 1.1.0
(related to some setting in XviD).
Probable problem is the GK part that sets the bitrate /
size of movie target in the codec. The XviD scripting
API may have changed slightly in this point.

GK uses for some reason old registry values for xvid. After
creating a job don't start encoding straight but fix real
values to the regfile GK makes to the save directory: names
    are like moviename_firstpass.settings. After setting
bitrates and desired+target size merge firstpass setting to
registry before starting job (make copy and add .reg to
    filename).
