minised and licensing of gnuwin32 patches

I just talked to the developers of minised, and they're switching the license to BSD (apparently the GPL mentioned in the changelogs was more by default than intended.) Would it be possible to also use the win32 patches and resource files made to minised under the BSD license?

Update - the minised distrubtion has now been officially updated to BSD license:
