Hi Walter, Hi Hans-Bernhard Hans-Bernhard Bröker wrote > That's no error. It's a _warning_. It even says so on the tin. Ok, my mistake, it is a warning :) However with terminal wxt I have no plot at all. I switched to terminal pdf and I got my plot. I did not find any missing value. I have checked my data file, used other data sets with different size of grids and each time it seems that gnuplot is not finding the right K (N is ok). I have no clue how to solve this warning. But now I have my plots :) Regards, Julien -- View this message in context: http://gnuplot.10905.n7.nabble.com/Plotting-heatmap-warning-Number-of-pixels-cannot-be-factored-data-file-seems-correct-I-E-K-N-matrix-tp17108p17112.html Sent from the Gnuplot - User mailing list archive at Nabble.com. |
