that's what the 'for' instruction in gnuplot 4.3 (cvs-version) is for:

splot for [a=1:5]
Radius(ThetaMax,Dtheta,a)*cos(u),Radius(ThetaMax,Dtheta,a)*sin(u),0.0

produces a sequence of 5 circles.
