once you plotted the graph the key is there, that's normal.
for any changes you need to plot the graph again.

if you 'unset key' you need to plot the graph again,
but *not* by loading the script, then you a defining the
key again (1st line), and it's plotted.
after 'unset key' you could do a 'replot', then there will
be no keys anymore.
