#188 Logscale missing minor tics

When yrange is 1:900 and logscale=xy, there are no minor
tics for 200-800. I think they should be there. mytics
is 10, of course. Ranges 1-10 and 10-100 have the minor
tics at the same time.

    That's not "of course", that's the cause of the problem. Leave the
    minitics setting on autopilot and you won't run into this problem.

    I'll close this one --- we already have an open bug report covering the
    general clumsiness of auto-ticking of logarithmic axes.
