#1271 multiple columnhead() broken

When a "title" statement contains more than one "columnhead()" function, then the first instance returns the result of the last instance, and the others return "@COLUMNHDEAD@".

plot "-" using 1:($2-$3) title columnhead(1)." vs. ".columnhead(2)." - ".columnhead(3)
abscissa ordinate secondordinate
1 2 3
3 4 5
e

gives a legend "secondordinate vs. @COLUMNHEAD@ - @COLUMNHEAD@"

And the help on columnhead() says that it can only be used in "using", while the topic "Datastrings" (correctly) gives examples for using it in "title".
