I use gnubiff on LXPUP a dervative of PUPPY LINUX
I have the same problem as many user…gnubiff don't keep my passwords and he as me to them again an each reboot
Is it possible to put a parameter value in the .gnubiffrc file to resolve my problem
or have you any other suggestions
password saving must be enabled at compile time (configure option "-with-password"). Then the password will be stored (encrypted) in the .gnubiffrc file.
CU Robert :-)
Thank for your reply but the appliction has not been compiled by myself I use a ready made package (pet) for
this distribution. so his there a change in the settings to do or a manual modification in .gnubiffrc file
Thank for answer
if password saving is disabled at compile time there is no way to enable it later.
