Eclipse Standard/SDK

Version: Kepler Service Release 2
Build id: 20140224-0627

Problem:
I just pulled the most recent Kepler version for Windows today. The option for the shared library is missing, even if I explicitly create a shared library. I have added an attachment with the symptom. It does not happen when using other cross compilers. I have tried a clean installation of Kepler without any plugins, just installed the C++ support from the update site and then the gnuarm crosscompilter tools. Shared library option still missing, just won't build.
