...some help for a newbye!
I just compiled gnomad2-2.8.11 and libmtp-0.1.3 on ubuntu dapper and everything seemed to work fine, but when I start gnomad an error message tells it cannot open libmtp.so.5 , despite this link exists and is located under /usr/local/lib! what should I do?
Now everything works lovely!
I really didn't want windows just to run creative software...
Do you have /usr/local/lib in your /etc/ld.so.conf and then run ldconfig after putting it in?
