#46 Windows Latin 1 em dashes don't display correctly

The non-standard HTML code — for an em dash
doesn't display correctly for me in GnoCHM using the
DejaVu Sans font. Instead a little box is displayed
with 00 97.

Ideally this would be mapped to the correct Unicode
character — representing an em-dash.

    Hi, thanks for raising this. This is likely to be an issue
    with the libgtkhtml2 library (which displays the HTML page),
    so I raised this bug against that:
