#244 Enhancement Request- TAIR accessions

For lazy curators- where TAIR accessions are shown in
Pub JSP pages is it possible to display the accession
according to the format

TAIR:object:accession

e.g.
TAIR:gene:1234....
this would make it easier for those of us who
copy/paste from detail pages to insert into the 'with'
box on the annotations. Places to make the changes
would be the gene detail pages, hit pages where the
gene and tair accessions are displayed. Gene search
results pages.

It does have the added benefit of making the format
more uniform and less subject to user input error.
