If some Meshobject of FreeForm not visible, Raycastintersect even find this.

Maybe modify in GLVectorFileObjects.pas - function TMeshObjectList.ExtractTriangles line:
5429 begin
instead of
5429 if GetMeshObject(i).Visible then begin

It's work fine for me....
