  The installer script is long lost, many years ago. I never checked it in
  and lost access to it in 2010.
  
  The last gladewin32 I published is also exceedingly obsolete by now.
  There are official Win32 packages from the GTK+ website that also come
  with an installer, and that script is available. I suggest looking at it.
