Gigaset 307x Linux driver adds voice support

The Gigaset 307x driver connects a PC running Linux to a Siemens Gigaset ISDN DECT PABX. Support for voice and incoming connections is now available in the CVS version, and will be included in the next release. In particular, it is now possible to use the answering machine/voice mailbox software "vbox" over a Gigaset PABX connected by USB.
