Tiff G4 output works quite well in Ghostscript, except
that the TIFF file has TAG 266 (FillOrder) set to a
value of 2 (i.e.: reverse order or LSB to MSB) instead
of 1 (MSB to LSB).
This is not really a problem for image editing
software (and is required for some) but prevent the
use of such image with certain Postscript rip. In the
other hand, TIFF24 appears to have TAG 266=1.
It could be usefull to have the opportunity to choose
among the two possible values for TAG 266 (FillOrder)
at conversion time for G4 TIFF output (option for the
command line for example).
