We have switched the development repository to Sourceforge svn services. Please follow Sourceforge instructions on https://sourceforge.net/svn/?group_id=67094 for access.

The ghmm was undergone heavy changes since the last release. The two main changes are a complete C-interface refactoring and the integration of a libxml based xml parser for the library. The missing feature for the next release is a graphical editor for all supported model types. We are looking forward to the 0.8 release once the editor is finished.

We are pleased to announce the release of ghmm version 0.7.

Changes and improvements from the previous release include a multitude of bug fixes, as well as a large number of new features such as labelled HMMs, pair HMMs and discriminative training.
