MSP: I turned on inline tags and tag downloading. I'm seeing the tags being echoed, but hearing no sound, nor seeing evidence of downloading.

Can repro by telnetting to coffeemud.net 23, creating an account and character, then entering a social that generates sound, such as laugh, cry, etc.
