Well I finally got Atech-tools to build. I do use eclipse and subclipse made it really easy. The only thing that I had to do was re-add all the jars in the lib directory to the build path library. What actually took me the longest was getting Java EE installed, I just moved to Ubuntu from Windows and there was some weird error while installing it I had to figure out. Also you did not check in a .project file for the the main gcc folder in the trunk.
