Like LaTeX, ConTeXt is a set of macros written in TeX.
It has similar syntax to LaTeX with the exception that
it starts in stops environments in different ways. In
LaTeX, an environment is stopped and started with
\begin{env} \end{env}.

In ConTeXt, the syntax is \startenv \stopenv.

This patch allows for these changes in ConTeXt. If one
wants to convert an XML file to ConTeXt rather than
LaTeX, you would set the shell environment
texml_usecontext. One then simply uses TeXML in the
normal way.

Thank you very much. I've commited your patch.

For the next packaged release of TeXML, I'm going to
slightly modify your code. Instead of setting ConTeXt mode
through the environment I'll use a command-line parameter.
    Hope you are not against.
