Hi George, sure I can include this language file into the next release. But to do so it would be nice if you could run your language file over the validator script and make sure it passes there. For the header problems mentioned there please refer to other language files and see how it's done tthere. For best results you always should run the langcheck script (found in the contrib subdir) of the most recent release of GeSHi: The release version should be the GeSHi version this language file was made for (e.g. 1.0.8.4 or 1.0.8.5). For me the validator complains about: Validating language file for 'awk' ... Failed 1. NOTICE: Language file contains unescaped tabulator chars (probably for indentation)! 2. WARNING: Language file does not contain a specification of an author! 3. WARNING: Language file does not contain a specification of the copyright! 4. WARNING: Language file does not contain a specification of the release version! 5. WARNING: Language file does not contain a specification of the date it was started! 6. WARNING: Language file does not state that it belongs to GeSHi! 7. WARNING: Language file does not state that it is a language file for GeSHi! 8. WARNING: Language file does not state that it is provided under the terms of the GNU GPL! 9. ERROR: Language file contains no $language_data['CASE_SENSITIVE'] structure to check! 10. ERROR: Language file contains no $language_data['URLS'] structure to check! 11. ERROR: Language file contains no $language_data['OOLANG'] specification! 12. ERROR: Language file contains no $language_data['OBJECT_SPLITTERS'] structure to check! 13. ERROR: Language file contains no $language_data['STRICT_MODE_APPLIES'] specification! 14. ERROR: Language file contains no $language_data['SCRIPT_DELIMITERS'] structure to check! 15. ERROR: Language file contains no $language_data['HIGHLIGHT_STRICT_BLOCK'] structure to check! I'll include the language file once the langcheck script tells you a pass result for it. For more onformation on how to fix the things mentioned by the validator have a look at the documentation that ships with GeSHi. Regards, BenBE.
