[Gerbv-devel] "offset1" and "offset2" debug text

Guys, I noticed that the latest gerbv outputs some text prefixed by the strings "offset1" or "offset2". This looks like some type of debug output inserted by one of us to help debug a problem. I spent 20 seconds to find the place where this text was emitted, but couldn't easily find it. If you put this debug text in to the code, please remove it soon. I suppose I can look more thoroughly through the code to track down this text, but figured that the code's creator should rightfully do the job since he might still want the prints. FWIW, we have a facility "dprintf" which allows debug printing to be easily turned on and off using a flag in config.h. If you want to create debug output, please consider using this facility since you can leave any debug messages in the code, but the released code will run cleanly of these output messages for users.
