FYI, the build kept on going "back to normal" because after sending
the mail the software tried to publish the information on IRC, on
a channel that was not specified, and NPE'd.

Removed IRC notification config from the build, we should not see
these repeated messages anymore (or else, if you do want notifications,
let's add them consistently on all builds and properly specify channels
and eventually IRC servers).
