LiteShape2 still invokes decimator when no decimation is possible, and uses inefficient array cloning

When no decimator and no transform has been provided, LiteShape still tries to use a Decimator that won't affect the actual coordinates, but simply clone them instead. Moreover, when "safety cloning" the geometry before altering it, it does not uses the most efficient method.
