I'm almost done on my side. Waiting for the okay from developpers for=20
adding @source $URL$ javadoc tag in the whole project (see previous=20
email), and then I would be okay for creating the tag on SVN. I can=20
create the ZIP files for JARs and Javadoc, but would appreciate volunter=20
for writting the release notes and updating the various web pages=20
(Sourceforge, retarget all uncompleted JIRA tasks to 2.3, etc.).
