One possible path is to create an AuthorityFactory wrapper, which wraps=20
an other authority factory and reorder all axis in some specified order.=20
I realize that something like this will be necessary at least for=20
compatibility with code expecting epsg-wkt axis order.

I will open a JIRA task. If peoples have other idea for this issue,=20
comments are welcome.
