Greg, Seems ok in 2.6.4 as well (tried both batch import from dir of xml files and copy/paste import)? Might need to see more info on how you're uploading this to GeoNetwork because I think this should work. Maybe the permissions on the uploaded record have not been set so that you/others can view the record?
