I like the simple tool for creating a thesaurus in GN, but would like to
suggest that the field requiring an 'Identifier' be made automatic.
Typically I add a number as an identifier, but of course if I enter an
existing identifier code I receive the 'code value exists' message, and I
then need to check the existing code in the thesaurus.
I suppose alternatively I could add the thesaurus term (without spaces?) as
the identifier, but not sure if that would be good practice?
I'd be grateful for any suggestions as to how best to proceed with adding
identifiers... *use only numbers, or insert text (are spaces a problem?)*
