I typed --> 2012-01-01 "16d46'33N" "3d00'34W" 300
but the error message is --> ERROR: Missing numbers in seconds component of
"16d46'33N"
What is wrong?

The DOS command shell has different quoting rules from Unix
shells. With DOS, use one of
2012-01-01 16d46'33^"N 3d00'34^"W 300
2012-01-01 16d46'33N 3d00'34W 300
2012-01-01 16:46:33N 3:00:34W 300
