As Legacy is storing each unique location only once using tag _PLAC_DEF (on GEDCOM level 0) and identifying the record from inside e.g. an event using only a PLAC (but no additional information like MAP) the ReportWebsite is not able to access the values of MAP.

The attached patch adds the reading of _PLAC_DEF entities to Gedcom and using them in ReportWebsite in case the PLAC of e.g. an event does not contain a MAP.

Structure generated by Legacy is:
0 _PLAC_DEFN
1 PLAC München
2 ABBR München
2 MAP
3 LATI N48.1364169444444
3 LONG E11.577526

Reference from another entity is done by PLAC:
1 MARR
2 DATE 15 Dec 1938
2 PLAC München
