#76 Non standard chars are not shown correctly in PDF output
Using FOP to generate PDF output doesn't work for text
in e.g. kyrillic - apparently the font information will
have to be encoded or worse a specific font will have
to be embedded to have the PDF output being rendered
correctly.
We should update to the latest FOP and investigate this
at some point.
