When learning languages, especially languages that don't use latin characters (Japanese, Hebrew, etc) it would help a ton to be able to increase the font size globally. Perhaps as a preference option.

I love the program, but on my laptop I have to squint at the Hiragana in order tell what is happening.

I came here to make the same request, so I'm seconding this one. In fact, I want to increase the font size for the same reason: The characters are too small when I'm studying hiragana (e.g., It becomes difficult to tell the difference between か and が).

    See feature request 1705447 https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1705447&group_id=175963&atid=875345:
Rich text would include that - and you could even have different font sizes (eg kanji very big, hiragana smaller and romaji smallest).
Plus hopefully color to hint at important differences etc.
I am trying to get it done - would you be willing to contribute (programming, money, …)? Just for interest right now, to decide which path to go.

Font size is a key requirement. Kanji look like blobs to me. I love how fast I can work with Genius, but I simply need the font to be bigger.

hello, i am here to third the font size request. it is impossible to study chinese characters (for me, japanese kanji), especially with a bold font at that size. i am not a programmer, unfortunately, but i am willing to send bribes! obviously, imho, font size should be priority number one. really though, i love everything else about the app. if you never made another change but this, i would be more then happy.

rich text would be excellent, of course, but not if it takes a huge effort or long time. just a simple study card font size, as basically implemented as the list text for document window option is, would be fine until you have the resources to implement rich text. however, in its current state, there is no way to study complex chinese characters.

    +1 Please add this!
It's so hard to study kanji when the font is so small.
