Hi, im working on my Thesis to obtain my degree in Bachelor in Computer Science in Argentina. Im working with the code of OBO Edit. The goal is to make a filter automatization: to filter the ontology and the databases in one step.
The problem is that when i want to view some of the GUI components of the code i find this error:

encountered unexpected internal error.
This could be caused by a bug or by a misconfiguration issue, conflict, partial
update, etc.

This error shows up when i want to open, for example, the class : OBO EDIT -> src -> org.obo.edit.gui.menu -> FileMenu.java
Im working with Eclipse Juno, ive downloaded the folder trunk of the source code Obo-Edit from SVN. And im editing the gui component with WindowBuilder Editor.
I hope you can solve my problem.
Thanks in advance.
Antonela

First, thank you for your interest in using OBO-Edit.
Second, OBO-Edit is in maintenance mode. We only fix major bugs at the moment.

Judging from your description, you are trying to open the classes with a GUI-Editor.
    OBO-Edit wasn't build using any GUI-Editor.
If you want to see the content try open it in a Java class editor.
You can change the editor/viewer for a file in Eclipse: right-click and select the sub-menu 'Open With'. There should be an entry called Java Editor (You might have accidentally changed the default).

But the better question is, do you really need OBO-Edit?
If you just want to process OBO format in Java, we recommend the stand-alone Java project:
    http://code.google.com/p/oboformat/
