## #45 '\usepackage' command misplaced by code completion

When there is no \usepackage in the preamble yet, and when typing for example "\begin{pmatrix", the code "\usepackage{amsmath}" is inserted, which is really good, but it is inserted before the \documentclass command, which renders the .tex file non compilable.

This does not happen when there is already a \usepackage command in the preamble.

Tested with the last version from SVN (2009-01-29 19:25).
