#137 menu shortcuts aren't set/updated correctly

After changing the shortcut 'open file' to control-h (for example), the old shortcut (control-o) still works (new one too).
I changed another one to control-o, then the other one works with control-o. change it back, control-o start the open file dialog again (so does the new ctl-h).
doesn't happened with others (but i didn't check them all, just some).

i although check keybindings file - changes are correctly written to .geany/keybindings ('menu_open=<Control>h')

Renaming this request, as the underlying cause is that we haven't found a way to let GTK set the menu accelerators after they have been set initially.

In the case of Ctrl-O for Open File, this is a stock button so it initially has the GTK default of Ctrl-O.

Note that this doesn't affect the ability to use Geany's custom keybindings, just that the menus may have another shortcut also.

GTK+ won't allow some accelerator labels to be changed.
