When creating a new file or directory in the treebrowser plugin using the context menu, the contents of the tree are duplicated. No files are duplicated, just the view is twice in a row. A refresh will remove the duplicates, but this looks pretty strange when it happens. Visibility of the bookmarks and toolbar don't seem to make a difference.

This bug occurs for me on refreshes using the context menu (but not with the toolbar button) as well as creations and deletions. Why has nobody addressed this whatsoever yet?

I got a patch against geany-plugins-1.24. It probably does not fix this correctly, but it does fix it. Meaning you can refresh through the context menu, create new files, rename files, and delete files without the tree duplicating itself. The key to figuring this out lied in the difference between the refresh menu entry and the refresh toolbar button. I had to bang my head against this wall a lot since I don't know GObject C, but the treebrowser is a crucial part of my workflow, so it was worth.
