#79 Bug in multiplicative modifiers

Activating multiplicative modifiers only affects the "Base Point Cost" of an advantage, while the "Point Cost Per Level" is set to 0.
Eg: Modular Abilities (Chip Slots) 5 (Takes extra time 6, -60%; Physical +50%) only costs 2 points (5*1.5*0.4)=2, should cost 12 ((5+5*3)*1.6*0.4)=12

    Also, it would seem that if both enhancements and limitations are added to an advantage, only the limitation is applied (and only to the base cost).
    Eg: Clinging (Specific: Rock, -40%, Attraction +25%) costs 12 (20*0.6), should cost 15 (20*1.25*0.6)

    I have the same problem, with both Enhancements and that it only applies it to the base point cost. I added another bug report before thinking to check the comments, so I deleted the duplicate.
