Dear Madam or Sir,

Thank you for your attention.
when I followed the tutorial of Gargantua to the step of "compile source code", some mistakes happen as below.

hli@themisto:~/Gargantua1.0c/src$ make
g++  utilities.o reader.o writer.o sentence.o data.o lengthDistributions.o lexicalDistributions.o cell.o chunk.o aligner.o lengthAlignment.o initialAlignment.o serializers.o alignmentClustering.o sentenceAlignerDrive.o  -o sentence-aligner -L /usr/lib/  -l boost_filesystem -l boost_regex -l boost_system -l boost_serialization
utilities.o: In function `exists':
/usr/local/include/boost/filesystem/operations.hpp:289: undefined reference to boost::filesystem::detail::status(boost::filesystem::path const&, boost::system::error_code*)'
....
...
sentenceAlignerDrive.o: In function `create_directory':
/usr/local/include/boost/filesystem/operations.hpp:405: undefined reference to `boost::filesystem::detail::create_directory(boost::filesystem::path const&, boost::system::error_code*)'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [sentence-aligner] Error 1

Accodring to the tips on the website, Gargantua1.0c requires boost version > 1.44 and my libboost-system version is 1.46.  I don't know why.

Best Regards,
Hui Li
