update default config for sFlow

Updated sFlow module to accept HOST, VM, MEMCACHE, HTTP and JVM metrics, collating them all under the physical host, using metric-prefixes to separate multiple-instances

Import python modules from github: diskfree, memcached, procstat

Remove bootstrap from spec file.

Revert changes, move back to building configure.

Merge in slight packaging fixes from trunk for 32bit builds.

Don't build autoconf stuff, let packaging do it for now.
