    Hi,

    I have downloaded the latest version from the SVN repo.
    On my Ubuntu system I have libcurl3 and the dev package.
    But running cmake gives me the following log:

    $>cmake .
    -- Building for inplace run (no installation)
    -- CURL was not found. Make sure CURL_LIBRARY and CURL_INCLUDE_DIR are set.
    -- Found Qt-Version 4.1.2
    -- Found JPEG: /usr/lib/libjpeg.so
    -- Found PNG: /usr/lib/libpng.so
    -- CURL was not found. Make sure CURL_LIBRARY and CURL_INCLUDE_DIR are set.
    -- GPSD support not requested
    CMake Error: This project requires some variables to be set,
    and cmake can not find them.
    Please set the following variables:
    CURL_INCLUDE_DIR (ADVANCED)

    The environment is like this:
    $>env | grep CURL
    CURL_LIBRARY=/usr/lib/curl.so
    CURL=/usr/lib/curl.so
    CURL_INCLUDE_DIR=/usr/include/curl

    $>svn info
    ...
    Revision: 153
    ...

    Anything I can do about this?

    Thanks in advance

    • try

      cmake -DCURL_INCLUDE_DIR=${CURL_INCLUDE_DIR} -DCURL_LIBRARY=${CURL_LIBRARY}

      or maybe

      cmake -DCURL_INCLUDE_DIR=/usr/include -DCURL_LIBRARY=${CURL_LIBRARY}
