I have on my HD the following partitions:
-Primary FAT 32 with WINDOWS98 intalled
    -Extended Partition with
               - A LOGICAL FAT PARTITION
               - ANOTHER LOGICAL FAT PARTITION

I was trying GAG, so i put MS-DOS (with a "sys d:") on a LOGICAL FAT PARTITION.
With GAG, I can boot into WINDOWS98
With GAG, when i try to boot MS-DOS, it boots WINDOWS98!! Why??
I tried "Hide Primary Partitions", but i had the same result: WINDOWS98 booted...

Do I have to use primary partitions, only ???? HELP ME PLZ.

I guess I found the solution. The problem is not in GAG!
MS-DOS and Windows can boot only from a PRIMARY partition, I guess. So, I deleted that Logical Partition and created a second PRIMARY partition. So, now I have:
      -1 PRIMARY PARTITION FAT32 with Windows 98
      -1 PRIMARY PARTITION FAT   with MS-DOS + Win 3.11 :P
      -1 EXTENDED PARTITION with:
1 LOGICAL PARTITION for documents and files

Now GAG works perfectly, booting either WIN98, or MS-DOS.
Anyway, i think this might be helpful for someone with the same problem.
