#23 Specify Faster Time Interval

I would like to be able to specify a time between
camera shots of <1 second. The interface allows time
scales of seconds, minutes and hours.

From looking at the code, it appears timing is done
internally in milliseconds anyway. It would be
convenient to be able to specify, say 100ms between
camera shots.
