File Watcher 1.2 has been released. This release contains just one change, but a potentially very useful one: support for regular expression filters on output.
In any file window, selecting View > Filters or typing Ctrl+F presents the user with a new dialog box that allows them to administer output filters. Multiple filters can be applied to a single file. When more than one filter is defined, they work in an OR-like fashion (in other words adding new filters does not reduce output, but can potentially broaden it).
