G'Day, FUSE seems like a sweet idea, and, with a Mac OS X port, should allow fairly portable file systems code (along with other benefits). As a result of our uni network being firewalled for pretty much everything except SSH, I'm willing, able and motivated to do a port for OS X. I have a few questions: 1) Has anyone else attempted this? (i.e. am I wasting my time checking out the code and getting going). 2) Does anyone have particular opinions on what a FUSE implementation for OS X would look like? I've seen there's a BSD port of FUSE, and it would seem this is a good reference or even a place to start. The Mac OS X ext2 filesystem also seems like a good reference as to how to get a file system up and running in OS X. 3) What's the best way of managing the port in terms of version control, etc?
