I have compiled fuse 2.7.3 for my NAS running 126.96.36.199-arm1
The fuse module loads fine, but when trying to use it I get a segmentation
fault, the kernel panicks (
I have attached an strace log of the example hello which is "strace ./hello
-d -s ./bob" ( http://old.nabble.com/file/p33011145/fuse_hello_crash.txt
fuse_hello_crash.txt ), which works... I think. At least it seems okay.
I have also attached an strace of the actual crash, which is "ls bob" (
http://old.nabble.com/file/p33011145/fuse_ls_crash.txt fuse_ls_crash.txt )
to test the FUSE filesystem.
The kernel panicks with the message seen below. The full panick is also
attached. fuse_get_req() calls prepare_to_wait() on my system which is not
fuse init (API version 7.8)

fuse-2.7.3-flush_cache_page2.patch ) to fuse because my kernel doesn't
export flush_cache_page which I've lifted from my kernel's
