On trying to compile FUSE on Linux 2.6.0, I got a pile of errors.
Attached are two files with the make output:
- result of compiling after './configure --prefix=/usr'
- ./configure --prefix=/usr --enable-modversions
I know it's optimistic to expect linux-2.6 support so soon after the 2.6
release. But with the ambitious FS I'm currently writing, it would be
great to be (ultimately) able to assure users that the FS can work on
Does anyone have a gut feeling for how long it might take to make FUSE

I haven't had a chance to test with 2.6 final but the last version I tried
(pre9) works fine for me.
There's a patch for 2.6 in fuse/patch/. Did you apply it?
You also need to rename Makefile-2.6 to Makefile for the build to work.
