Summary: Removing libjsw code

Initial Comment:
This patch removes support for libjsw as it is orphaned, outdated, hard to find and compile. Also removes --enable-ui-joystick option as it's no longer needed, --enable-joystick and --disable-joystick sets the support for real joysticks.

On the other hand, I think that distributing fuse-emulator-gtk package with joystick support would fulfil expectations of novice users who expect all functionality be working out of box.

Is anyone up for these?

people are making use of it, but given that the library itself is no longer
maintained maybe it shouldn't be the default option?

i.e. Fuse could look for SDL libs for use for joystick support by default
and only look for libjsw if explicitly requested at configure time?

I agree that having fuse-emulator-gtk include real joystick support would
be an improvement.
