I've looked for a way to do this for so long its giving me a headache. I have a family web site with a gallery that has 20,000 files and folders. The html is easy to copy over so I'm not concerned with any ASCII files. I'm only concerned with binary files (mostly jpgs). What I simply want to do is setup a batch file or run an ftp program of some kind that will look at the file locally and then compare it to the file size on the ftp server. If they are the same then the file should just be skipped. If they are different the program should copy the local file to the ftp server.
I've looked through Fullsync and I don't think there is a way to do this with this program but I'm not sure. Does anyone know of any way to do this or can they guide me in some direction that might help me.
